What does partnership actually mean?
​
Partner facilities enter into a mutual agreement (i.e. signed Professional Service Agreement and Business Associate Agreement) with E's Mobile FEES to follow all Medicare-mandated terms of service, including consolidated billing rules.
The partner agreement is not exclusive, but is a prerequisite to E's Mobile FEES providing Mobile FEES services at your facility.

Once we're partners, how does it work?
We utilize a HIPAA-compliant portal (called Amnis) for all faxing and communication, which simplifies the process immensely.
​
You simply fax us referral documents, schedule a time for the FEES, and ensure you obtain a physician's order.
That's it!
After that, we’ll show up to your facility and complete the assessment.

Other important billing information:
FEES assessments are considered a therapy service, as determined by Medicare rules. Our services are governed by consolidated billing rules, which means that E's Mobile FEES will invoice your facility directly and you will bill Medicare.
In order to provide the best service to you and your residents, we will invoice your facility directly via QuickBooks. Upon request, we are happy to provide a superbill that can be submitted to private insurance companies.

What about our facility Speech Therapist?
We encourage your Speech Therapist to participate in the FEES assessment!
Facility Speech Therapists can bill CPT Code 92526 (dysphagia treatment/swallowing therapy) for their time attending the FEES assessment. We only bill for the time the scope is in the nose.
This helps to aid in facility productivity and therapy reimbursement, on top of enhancing quality of care and comprehensive education.
